Language Department

English

English language is the medium of communication used in this institution. The students of all the classes from LKG to std.XII participate in a variety of intra-school and inter-school competitions like recitation, story-telling, elocution, debate, essay writing, poetry-writing etc. at this level and bring laurels to themselves and the school.The English Department faculty take active interest in honing the skills of the students. The campus newsletter ‘Bal Brindavan’ and the school magazine ‘Brindavan’ are brought out by the English department to bring out the literary talents of the students.The English Literary Association allows the students to showcase their latent talents in the weekly competitions held classwise.

Tamil

Tamil classes, (std V to VII) for those students who do not know the language are held on Wednesdays and Fridays after school hours. These classes help the students to communicate and write in Tamil.

Hindi

Hindi classes are conducted for training the students for Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha Exams after school hours.

Sanskrit (Sri Vallabha Samskrta Vidya Pitham)

To propagate and keep alive our rich, ancient language, free classes are held in Sanskrit on all Sundays and second Saturdays to enable Sanskrit lovers to learn the language. Students are prepared to appear for the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Exams. The classes are open to all those who are willing to learn. The Management of the school will grant full fee concession to students who are able to recite from memory all the 18 chapters of the Gita.

French

French, and Sanskrit are given as third language options, for Std VI to VIII.
